SETTING THE SCENE

Goal:
To introduce the City and its principal markets in context of their activities and importance to the economy of the United Kingdom. The session will compare the City to other major financial centres and describe the inter-dependence of the various markets on several key factors.
Importantly, the Course Director will explain how the remainder of the programme will develop into a cohesive picture of the City.
